1) Where do you ship from?
I ship from Switzerland (and sometimes Germany).
2) Why may shipping sometimes take longer?
I am primarily a photographer and at times I need to travel. I do my best to send items as quick as possible but shipping time may occasionally differ depending on my availability. Items ship between 2-14 days. Occasionally I may have to be away for longer, and I will let you know in case of delay for shipping.
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct to avoid further delays.
3) Is it possible to have lower shipping fees?
Unfortunately, not. These are the Swiss post’s fees. I ship all items priority with a tracking number, to ensure the safe and trackable delivery of all orders.
4) What era are the clothes from?
The era of clothes in the shop range from Victorian (pre-1900) till today.
5) Which payment methods are accepted?

6) Are returns accepted?
Returns are not accepted, unless in the very unlikely event that the order arrives extremely damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. I do my best to give an accurate description as well as clear product images.

7) Why are items more expensive than on some 2nd hand sites such as Vinted etc…
The clothes available in this shop have been sourced throughout the years, by myself, by going personally to vintage markets or looking for hours on the internet for one of a kind item. I am doing tis on my own, and I take care of the sourcing, photography, website, listing, packaging, shipping, etc all myself which all takes a considerable amount of time, especially considering that this is not my main activity. Taken into consideration in the pricing are also the model’s fee, and the online shop website expenses. Therefore, it is not possible to have extremely low prices, though I try to keep it as reasonable and fair as possible.
8) How often do you ship items?
Usually once a week, except if I am away, and depending on the amount of orders.
9) Are your clothes available in different sizes or colors?
All items are unique pieces and only come in one available size/color except for some rare items that are available in more than one color or size.
10) Where are the clothes sourced from?
I have always been passionate about vintage clothing. The clothes available in this shop have been sourced throughout the years, since I started photography. I have found them during my travels or at flea markets, on the internet, and have made some of them myself. These clothes have mainly been sourced to style my photographic works, plus some additional more wearable / modern pieces that have been sourced purposely for the shop.
